Privacy Policy

PromptDrawer is operated by Airworthy Advisory LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, which is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. • Account data: the name, email address and profile picture your Google account shares when you sign in.
• Content you create: folders, prompts, examples, enhance templates and version history.
• Voice input: audio you record for dictation, sent for transcription and not retained afterwards.
• Messages you send us: early-access requests and feedback, including the email address you supply.
• Technical records: server and error logs, and browser security reports, which can include your IP address, browser type and the page involved.

• To provide the product: store your library, sign you in, and run enhancements, examples and transcription when you ask for them.
• To keep the service secure and working: abuse prevention, error diagnosis and security monitoring.
• To reply to you: answering early-access requests, feedback and support messages.
• To send necessary service email: sign-in links, account notices and replies. We do not send marketing email without your consent.

Where UK/EU data protection law applies, we rely on performance of a contract (running your account), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, improving the product) and consent where required (for example optional marketing email, which you can withdraw at any time).

We do not sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with the providers that run the service:

• Hosting, database, authentication and file storage.
• AI providers, which receive the prompt text or audio for the specific request you triggered.
• Email delivery, for service messages.
• Cloudflare, for the human check on the public form.

We may also disclose data where legally required.

Prompt text, image imports and voice recordings are sent to an AI provider only when you trigger an enhancement, example generation, image import or transcription. They are processed for that request only. We do not use your content to train models.

• Your library is kept until you delete it or delete your account.
• Version history is capped at the last 20 versions per prompt.
• Messages you send us are kept while the request is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.
• Technical and security logs are kept for a short retention window and then discarded.

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Every prompt and example can be copied out as Markdown from inside the app, and deleting your account permanently removes your folders, prompts, examples and version history. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, or complain to your data protection authority. Contact promptdrawer@airworthyadvisory.com to exercise them.

Airworthy Advisory LLC does not sell covered information as defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A. If that changes, this policy will be updated and Nevada residents may submit a verified request to opt out of sale to promptdrawer@airworthyadvisory.com.

PromptDrawer is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
