Terms of Service

PromptDrawer is operated by Airworthy Advisory LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (Nevada Entity No. E00136312026-7) ("Airworthy Advisory", "we", "us"). Our mailing address is 732 S 6th St, Ste N, Las Vegas, NV 89101. PromptDrawer is a product of Airworthy Advisory; references to "PromptDrawer" in these terms mean the service and, where the context requires, the company that operates it. You need a Google account to sign in, and you must be at least 16. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. One account is for one person; don't share credentials.

• Don't break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or use the service to harass or harm others.
• Don't attempt to access other accounts, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass usage limits or security controls.
• Don't resell, scrape or bulk-export the service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Don't upload malware or content you have no right to upload.

You keep ownership of everything you write or upload. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and display it back to you, and to pass it to the AI provider when you request an enhancement, example, import or transcription. We do not use your content to train models.

Enhanced prompts, generated examples, image imports and transcriptions are produced by automated systems and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it. See the AI disclaimer.

PromptDrawer is in early access. Features may change, be limited or be withdrawn, and availability is not guaranteed. Usage limits (such as the monthly enhancement allowance) may be adjusted; we will give notice of material changes where we reasonably can.

PromptDrawer does not currently offer paid plans and does not charge you. If we introduce paid plans, their prices, billing, cancellation and refund terms will be published in these terms before any charge.

You can delete your account at any time from the app, which permanently removes your content. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or creates risk for the service or other users, and we'll tell you why where we can.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost or corrupted data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts, nothing here removes that right.

We may update these terms; the revision date below always shows the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
